Empty Arms Vermont invites the Vermont community to participate in their upcoming Good Grief Run and Walk Event on Saturday, May 30, 2026. The fourth annual event will begin at 10:00am at Veterans Memorial Park in South Burlington. Runners and walkers can come between 9:00-9:50am to pick up their bibs and check-in. Empty Arms Vermont encourages community members to register for this event as a runner or walker at www.goodgriefvt.org. 

Following the race, community members and race participants are invited to stick around for live music from Smokey Newfield Project, the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream truck, and activities at the Kids Zone.

The Good Grief Run & Walk is built around the belief that movement and community can be healing. We gather not to “get over” grief, but to honor our stories, feel connection, and support one another. All proceeds benefit Empty Arms Vermont, a non-profit organization that provides peer support to individuals experiencing pregnancy and infant loss through support groups, grief yoga classes, resources, and miscarriage kits available through local healthcare providers.
