A Family-Friendly Day of Music, Connection, and Community Giving
Yoga is an expansive practice that provides us with techniques to care for ourselves, process feelings of grief, and find peace in difficult times. When we experience trauma our body has a natural tendency to hold its breath, which can cause tension in the mind and body.
During this practice, we will incorporate pranayama (breath exercises), meditation, and movement to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and connect to our breath. We hope that you will take these practices off the mat and apply them to your daily life.
Join yoga instructor, and Empty Arms community member Kendra Greene, as we explore ways in which yoga can calm and ground our bodies. This event is free, but intended to be for anyone who is grieving pregnancy or infant loss. Click “View Event” and register online.
Join us for our pregnancy and infant loss support group on the 2nd Wednesday of the month. If you have experienced pregnancy or infant loss (recently or years ago), please join us online at 7:30pm. Please email info@emptyarmsvermont.org for a link.
Join us for a collaborative support group from the Empty Arms organizations in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. This peer-facilitated group is specifically for parents who have experienced a prior loss that are in the process of trying to become pregnant again or in the process of adoption or surrogacy.
This is a support group for male-identified, non-gestational parents who have experienced the loss of a baby. Navigating the loss of a child is profoundly challenging, and men often struggle to find a safe place to express their grief. This is a dedicated space where bereaved fathers can find solace and understanding. Our support group acknowledges that fathers experience grief differently from their partners, and we provide a compassionate environment tailored to these unique needs. You don't have to walk this path alone.
Please email info@emptyarmsvermont.org if you are interested in joining.
Join us for our Pregnancy After Loss support group, which meets the 3rd Thursday of the month. This group is for parents with a prior loss who are currently pregnant or in the midst of the adoption or surrogacy process. Please email info@emptyarmsvermont.org for a link.

Join us for a community remembrance night honoring everyone impacted by pregnancy and infant loss — including parents, families and friends.
During the Remembrance Night, we will decorate luminaries, enjoy light refreshments, and create items to take home to honor the babies we miss. A child-friendly activity will also be available to help young attendees engage in age-appropriate ways as we gently explore themes of grief, love, and connection.
Everyone is welcome — families, friends, and children of all ages.
